Renewed my DVLA licence here. One of the staff took a picture of me with their tablet and the picture looked somewhat decent. However, I’ve just received my DVLA licence and the picture came out looking cartoonishly hideous. I have to redo it and bring my own picture 😤. I’d recommend getting your pic done elsewhere.
