I had a very frustrating experience at the Post Office in Bow.
Last week, I visited for document certification. The lady staff consulted with the manager, who confirmed that certification could be done using the original documents shown on my phone, and the process was completed without issue.
However, when I returned the following week with similar documents, the same lady staff refused to provide the service. She stated that she needed manager approval again, but the manager was not available that day. She also insisted that only physical original documents would be accepted, contradicting what had already been approved and processed the week before.
This inconsistency left me with no option but to travel to the Stratford Post Office, where the staff completed the certification immediately, professionally, and without any issues. The entire process took less than five minutes, and they had no problem accepting documents shown on my phone.
This experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of clear knowledge and consistency in handling document certification at the Bow branch caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. It would be helpful if staff were better trained and aligned on the correct procedures to avoid situations like this in the future.

"Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. Despite being a franchise that must adhere to government regulations and posted hours, they locked the doors at 2:55 PM for a 3:00 PM close. The owner was incredibly rude and refused to serve me, yet inconsistently served others who arrived after me. This is a clear breach of operational standards. I have escalated this matter to the relevant authorities as the owner clearly needs formal training on customer treatment and regulatory compliance."
