Went in there to post a parcel today, explicitly asked for the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Thought it seemed very expensive but stupidly didn’t question it. Didn’t realise until I got home that the lady had given me the ‘DPD Gold’ service which was over double the price of Royal Mail Tracked!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this post office for over a year, visiting three times a week for my business shipments. Previously, I had the pleasure of working with an older couple who were warm, friendly, and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience.
Unfortunately, the new staff members have been a disappointment. While the woman at the counter has been generally cold and unwelcoming often, today’s experience took a turn for the worse. When I kindly requested that she place the label neatly on my luxury brand envelope, she responded with a negative attitude and a dismissive expression. This made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.
It’s disappointing to see such a decline in service. I hope management takes note and brings back the warm, professional atmosphere that made this post office a pleasure to visit.

Overcharged me when I asked for small parcel delivery and they quoted with parcelforce instead of RM. Noticed only when got back home after a long day. Would not recommend.

I STRONGLY agree with the review below. Been going to this post office for the last 7years and had no problems at all. They were all lovely and willing to help. Until today I was served by a new(?) staff, he was unbelievably rude for no reason. Also he folded my parcel in half before he put it in a pile!! His aggressive attitude makes me (probably other customers) feel uncomfortable to visit your place again. A part from this, I am actually concerned whether he actually sent the parcel successfully..🥶The whole post office experience became a nightmare. Please consider these reviews.
