Completely empty shop and the guy told me he "didn't have time" to wait for me to sellotape the top flap of my parcel up (with my own sellotape and scissors) it took 30 seconds. It would be nice if you actually appreciated customers. It's not your customers' problem that you can't organise yourself.

Very rude member of staff. I am dropping off 3 parcels, when he tells me to “hurry up” whilst I place them on his scale as “it’s school time”. I’m telling him that I’m doing my best. He starts to talk about me in his own languages to his colleague, I understand it. I highlight it’s rude to speak in your own language with a shop full of customers. He says he can speak in his language whenever he wants and is not talking about me. I’m done with the parcels in 5 minutes.
