The exact same parcels have been accepted without issue at all other Royal Mail branches, so the inconsistency here suggests they are forcing upsells on customers. There was also an occasion where my packaging was smashed flat by the lady at the desk causing irreparable damage to the contents, which was unacceptable. Overall, this branch stands out for the wrong reasons. Based on my experience, I would recommend people go anywhere else
