Very poor service from Royal Mail and the Post Office. My parcel had two failed delivery attempts and no card was left either time. I redirected it to the Post Office, but they said they didn’t have it, even though the Delivery Office confirmed it was sent there a week earlier. This caused unnecessary delays and wasted trips. Even after collecting the parcel, the tracking still shows “not collected”. Extremely disappointing and unreliable service.
