Just posting this so people know, they got rid of that awful Karen (literally her name) who was making this place so bad that I and others started outright avoiding it. I hadn't seen her in a while, a staff member confirmed that she's doesn't work there anymore. Remaining and new staff are all lovely. Hallelujah.
