She is gone!!!! Just posting this so people know, they got rid of that awful Karen (literally her name) who was making this place so bad that I and others started outright avoiding it. I hadn't seen her in a while, a staff member confirmed that she's doesn't work there anymore. Remaining and new staff are all lovely. Hallelujah.

The opening hours which I have sent new ones for Google are wrong. They are the coop opening times but the coop doesn't have people trained up for it or at least they are never there when I try. The post office won't be open past 5pm, 2pm on Saturday and closed Sunday

Worse post office i ever been to, be prepared to wait even if there isn't any queues because they will not stop their social conversation even if you are waiting
