They try and make you return Amazon parcels without the product packaging even though Amazon explicitly states return in manufacturers packaging eg. The shoe box the shoes are sold in!. When you try and ensure they return properly they raise their voices, talk over you and become very passive aggressive. Completely unnecessary when it causes no issues to just pop the items being returned in the clearly large enough Amazon bags they have. They make the whole experience completely tedious and unnecessarily frustrating.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
