Some of the staff are great, and you can get in and out in a couple of minutes (which it should take to send a few parcels by royal mail). Some of the staff are useless, took me nearly 10 minutes to send one item, and they charged me too much (but at point, I just wanted out, so paid the extra pound and left). There can be a bit of a queue at times, but better than some other post offices I've queued at.
