Very hit and miss; depending on who's serving you. Some of the staff are great, and you can get in and out in a couple of minutes (which it should take to send a few parcels by royal mail). Some of the staff are useless, took me nearly 10 minutes to send one item, and they charged me too much (but at point, I just wanted out, so paid the extra pound and left). There can be a bit of a queue at times, but better than some other post offices I've queued at.

As a visitor from overseas with old banknotes from a trip 8 years ago, I came here hoping to exchange them for new currency. In the morning, a very polite staff member told me to return in the afternoon when they would have enough notes. However, when I returned, a different lady rudely dismissed me, claiming that because they are a franchise, they do not offer this service. She refused to offer any alternative solutions, which was incredibly frustrating for a main city branch. To make matters worse, the money changer counter gave me conflicting information over two separate days, first citing a finished quota and then later claiming the service isn’t provided at all. Total waste of time and terrible customer service.

A splendid service from Keira, earlier this week. Gave excellent advice regarding my paasport renewal, which has been approved already in a matter of days. I always receive excellent service from the Team there, helpful and professional, even at busy times.
