No apology, nothing on courier website, no explaination of why they accepted the parcel knowing they would not be able to hand it over. PO complaints take 10 working days to respond, because who cares about the customer nowadays. Went to another branch and was told to try to depot in a couple of days. I'm having to drive round the city to get the parcel I ordered to be delivered! I'm now £900 out of pocket until I can get a refund from the vendor, who won't issue a refund until they've had the order back, which who knows when that will be as the PO is shut? Should be shut down for theiving parcels and fraudulently offering a collection service that is apparently unmanned, you can bet their still claiming the money for offering the service
