- JJJJan 8, 20251.0Drove 1:45 mins to collect a DPD parcel from here and the decided to shut the post office 30 mins early and wouldn’t process my collection. Staff didn’t care and just shrugged their shoulders! Shocking!
- KSKirk StevensJul 21, 20242.0I tried returning something from Amazon but due to the size the post office would not allow me to return it because it was a big item. The way the staff was toward me it was like “How dear you come in here with that big package you should know not to post that here” I said I was only following the return instructions which states return it to your nearest post office. Everytime I go in there their customer service is shocking. They seemed very pissed off with their job. They ignore you and they talk amongst themselves like you’re not even there. More training in customs service please.
- VWval webstarApr 29, 20241.0Closes for lunch!! Who does that these days? Not enough staff on. The staff have to carry parcels to old post office spot as that is secure. What a mess- unless!!!
