Not only do they not sell any envelopes, sellotape or any other things you may need, and more importantly expect, them to sell then of course they don't. That would be way to easy. Now for the "icing on the cake" THE STAFF. Id prefer to be served by a angry hungry pack of wolves. The experience would be far nicer and definitely more professional. The staff here are so unhappy with life that I had to call the Samaritans incase there was a actual suicide there. To say they are rude is a understatement. To sum it up, if you are in a good jovial mood and you want to be angry and upset then just go and try and post a letter here and you too could be on a call to the Samaritans before you know it.
