Self service machines seem to been permanently out of order, only one or two members of staff to deal with long queues and last time I went in, the Amazon returns facility was not available. Dreadful and embarrassing.
- WDWendy DongSep 21, 20265.0I have been to this Post office for a few times, and every time there were long queues and had to wait for very very long time. There was a long queue again today as usual, I kinda of feeling like giving up, but surprisingly I noticed the queue had become moving forward quickly so that I stayed and tried the luck. The lady named Clara who was handling all the services for the whole queue ALONE, and she was super duper efficient and also very friendly to every customer. There were around 20 people ahead of me and she only spent around 40 seconds dealing with each customer and every one was happy when they left. This is the MOST EFFICIENT service I witnessed at Post office in the UK and I never experienced anyone as Clara, not only efficient and accurate but also friendly and kind. She must have a great personality. She is definitely the Diamond! Wish you good luck to have her when you go there!☺️
