- SPSarah Parsons2 days ago1.0Have told me that I need to go to the main sorting office on Swindon Road to discuss my parcel EVEN THOUGH I have the tracking number and written bloody PROOF that my parcel is indeed right there. Makes me so angry. They have done this again and again and again with my parcels. Of course if I get a little bit terse with them they’ll shut the screen and accuse me of abusive behaviour. I went there yesterday and I could have screamed as they have done it AGAIN with my latest parcel. Disgusting and rude staff member the big guy with the long hair with the smart attitude. Totally reluctant to help which would explain his size. Bloody sick of the place.

She’s always super efficient and helping her colleagues when needed. What wasn’t great was the manager berating her after what was, clearly a long day. Just note that the glass isn’t that thick and everyone could hear you giving a speech about being professional which is rich considering the way you handled the situation. You may want to rethink the way you handle that next time because quite frankly that was unacceptable. I don’t know exactly what happened for you to be telling her off but there are ways to go about it and that was not it.

Long queues, self service machines broken, when working they are incomprehensible. No wonder their customer base is weak. Will it survive, I expect it to be one that closes in the near future.

Self service machines not worked in ages. It’s as if they don’t want people to use it. I definitely won’t be again. Not that they will be bothered
