I went into Post Office today to drop some post off and I have to say the manager Jack knows what he is talking about when it comes to all the services available. He was very apologetic about the queue system being long and had a polite, friendly manner throughout. This Post Office may have some issues, but the staff behind it all make it work! ⭐️

I've been away from Cheltenham for some time, so looked online to confirm if the post office was still in W.H. Smith in the town centre (the reviews were not good). I went with some trepidation a few days ago (25th June '26). I went in around 15.00; 2 men were sitting there with no customers!! They both were very helpful and professional, answering my questions cheerfully. When I asked why the self-service machines were not working, I was told they needed a 3rd member of staff to help people with them.
I have been amazed how many different services the post office now offers, their range of knowledge is amazing. This post office is also open on Sundays!!
