He was very apologetic about the queue system being long and had a polite, friendly manner throughout. This Post Office may have some issues, but the staff behind it all make it work! ⭐️

Smith in the town centre (the reviews were not good). I went with some trepidation a few days ago (25th June '26). I went in around 15.00; 2 men were sitting there with no customers!! They both were very helpful and professional, answering my questions cheerfully. When I asked why the self-service machines were not working, I was told they needed a 3rd member of staff to help people with them. I have been amazed how many different services the post office now offers, their range of knowledge is amazing. This post office is also open on Sundays!!
