- AMAnnabelle mmApr 23, 20245.0Thank you for a great service! I'm so grateful to have the Post Office in Bishop's Cleeve - they're always friendly, super helpful and work really hard to fulfil the multitude of different Post Office services. Great that they're open on a Saturday morning too in case I can't get there during the week.
- MRMike RothwellMar 2, 20245.0Excellent service at Bishops Cleeve PO. Used the Passport service to renew my passport, dealt with politely, quickly and efficiently less than two weeks ago! New passport delivered today đź‘Ť!
- SMSarah MerrimanSep 19, 20235.0Super helpful service from Karen. She was able to advise how I could, in future, package items differently to make it more cost effective. Very polite and approachable, service with a smile. Thank you.
- MDMark DarwinApr 26, 20235.0I have always found the service at the village PO to be very good, and I am surprised to see so many negative comments about the staff. However, I must admit that since Sanjay and his team have taken on the PO, the atmosphere and friendliness of all the staff is fantastic. There will always be queues, there will always be someone who needs extra attention etc, but this friendly team are keeping up the most excellent face to face customer service. With Cleeve now having no banks, the PO is really important for some people, and I hope this PO and the staff are here form many more years.
