My MIL post very important paperwork containing sensitive information and paid for next day delivery by 1pm. 2 weeks later the company who should of recieved the paperwork hadnt so I checked the tracking and it was delivered to Nottingham instead of derby not sure how you mess that up but ok. So me and my MIL went to the postoffice to be told it wasnt their fault and we had to fill a claim form. Well we did this online and after an investigation it has been deemed that the post office was at fault. I will be now traveling further afield to a different post office in further. They should never of let that post office go as its now crap and they clearly cant do their job correctly and try to blame other people instead of taking accountability for their mistakes.

Asked a male staff member and he couldnt of been more helpful he found a padded envelope the correct size , let me have some cardboard to wrap item in before putting it in the envelope gave me some tape and let me us a pen to address it . He went above and beyond . Cant remember his name but he was grey haired an outstanding staff member
