The female staff with the red hair is the worst I've ever encountered in a people facing position and sucked the soul out of my day. She ensured my experience was terrible from the moment I stepped in to the post office till I Ieft. Any question for clarity was met with hostility and she was unbelievably rude too — almost looked like she was forced to work there. Never seen anything like this before in my life.
