When you walk past a sign that says this post office is open until 8pm, ignore it.
I arrived just before 5.30, staff were there behind the counter, saw myself and somebody else waiting and just put up the closed sign and walked off, without even saying a simple “sorry we’re closed”. I get it that sometimes places have to close early, for whatever reason, but to not even acknowledge the customers that were waiting?! The elderly gentleman behind the counter is frequently rude even when they are open, this branch gives the post office a worse reputation than they already have if that’s possible.

What is the point in having a public service when it is only open when a majority of the "WORKING" population can't use it.
