Don't bother. The worst experience and rude staff. Waited 10 minutes for him to speak to me as had his headphones in, only to be told in the most rude way that the post office isn't open. (Even though royal mail website says it is) Waste of time and wouldn't bother with the shop either. Useless

Went to send a return parcel with parcel force worldwide but the staff member obviously couldn't be bothered to do it as was told that they are a local post office only and I would have to go to a proper post office, despite the service being listed on the post office website.

The worst thing taking away a properly manned post office. 4 times I have been in to post letters that need weighing, one member of staff who served everyone on the store side even though some came to counter after me. When she did decide to come over she then said, sorry I do not know how to do that. Can you come back
