I run a business & lunchtime is the only time I am able to use the Drop & Go service - which is supposed to be an express service to DROP AND GO. As a paid customer of the Drop & Go service, I would like to express my absolute disappointment in the service provided at this branch and the rude & abrupt attitude of the staff there!
