There was a queue of 5 people outside and at least as many inside. Two members of staff but only one serving customers. Customers at the front of the queue was sending at least a dozen parcels but still the second member of staff did not open up another position. If there is behind the scene work to be done then a third member of staff is needed. With no post office in Hucclecote, Elmbridge or Longlevens, the post office in Barnwood needs to be staffed to maximum st times to cope with volume of customers it see daily. It is totally inadequate!!
