- RRRichardJan 25, 20261.0Not very thoughtful towards customers, like when you are standing to get served at the post office counter when owners partner is serving at the shop counter then he ask you to step aside so he can continue serving same customer at the post Office business,?? I thought 2 businesses?? 2 tills?? 2 Queues?? You would think?? Other point would be leaving customer's parcels on the shelf for anyone to pick up and names and addresses on display(GDPR) data breach, data protection?? Other point is lack of ink on smart metre receipts so if you need to add your top-up manually as it states on receipt By using the 20 digit code on the receipt to top-up manually but ink on the receipt is very much missing, lack of ink means lack of digits, ink would be helpful?? But now they have sacked the mad purple lady who would be very angry and rude to customers but it took her to make lady customer cry before she got sacked,nice place to shop not, happy shopping.

How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque
*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches
*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)
Please do not enclose cash. Full instructions can be found on the cheque deposit envelope.
Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
