The owner is unbelievably rude rips people off!! I bought a very poorly advertised vape (pod) which initially I thought was a vape. When I took it back to exchange for another one , ramish refused as he said he couldn't sell it as the box was opened!! I lost out on money, not him. So instead off thinking about his customers, he is only thinking off his pocket and how much money he can con out off people. The items are seriously overpriced, and I notice sometimes he will add a few pounds on, until I correct him, as I always add up as im going. He still trys!! Oh and the gone off food is appalling. My son has had upset tummy's from his food. I have let it go so many times, but not no more!! That man is out for what he can get. Money money money đ° he doesn't care one bit for his customers. I wouldn't go there, if I was you. Unlucky for me, it's the only shop in the village đ đ

Had a signed for letter with important car documents in it redirected to this post office. Royal mail notified me it had been delivered and tracking confirmed this with a date and time and signature. When I arrived to pick up the letter the man behind the counter could not find it and said they didn't have it. Unsurprising as it was a complete mess behind the counter. When I showed them the signature evidence from RM they said it was not their signature. That was it, no more help. I have been back twice and no further progress. Awful.

Went in the post office yesterday the 2nd of may with a medium size box to send back was abruptly told by the little man behind the counter, that this time he would take it but in future iv to take it to the post office depot. He then slammed my receipt for it on the counter and said her you go. Iv now put in a formal complaint about the post office itself and the man behind the counter for his terrible behaviour towards me and other customers. I will never be going back there again. Luckily I drive so I could take it else where but if I didn't id be stuck on how to send it back.
