- MCM CMay 11, 20261.0Totally incompetent, lazy and useless, every time I try to use it queues that last for ages and staff very slow!. The Self service was off so I asked why is self serviced not working and very ignorant member of staff said because we haven't switched it on yet! 9.40 in the morning really? I just left as wasn't gonna wait in queue like a lemon all day. If I could give it no stars I would. Went somewhere else in the end and the service was much better.

She looks as though she hates her job and despises the customers. A very long queue and two people serving customers with complicated issues. This third woman carries on shuffling papers behind the desk totally ignoring the people waiting to be served. So many young people can’t get a job !! They should take hers!

- CHclare hargreavesFeb 28, 20261.0I have been served by the same member of staff a couple of times the last few weeks, I am shocked by her attitude she is rude, dismissive, snide and unhelpful. I wonder if it would be better if she got a non customer facing job as no amount of training could fix her attitude.The other staff are all lovely so it’s a pity really. I will try and avoid there in future and use other post offices locally.
