Absolutely disgusting customer service! I can not believe how I was just treated. Needed to pick up a parcel from EVRI, on my email from EVRI it states they are open untill 6pm I arrived at 5.29pm. As im walking to the counter she looks at me at says NO we are shut. I said I didnt think you shut till 6 i just need to collect a parcel, again she says NO we are closed up. I said it was ridiculous as its only just this second turned to 5.30pm and they need update their opening times to then be told its not ridiculous. This also isnt the first time she has been rude i was in the que with my 4 year old child who was looking at the books (not even touching) to be told by her to get my child in line and away from the books! Ive never met such a rude person in my life and I will be calling the post office customer service as she clearly needs a new job, one where she doesn't need to have any common decency!

I have to say the ladies can not be any slower and make it more tricky with to many questions while the waiting in a queue was 30 mins my full lunch break … not being funny some stuff was soo unnecessary but knots they enjoy put people into the waiting misery as they have control … very strange they need some joy in life perhaps that would brighten mood of this place - there is only one lady - long hair pony til she’s meets bright and smile ! other then that it’s a joke the waiting time every single time I visit …
