- SBSuzanne Beard2 days ago1.0Badly managed facilities. I don’t blame the staff. They seem to be doing their best under very difficult circumstances. Long queues, self service machines broken, when working they are incomprehensible. No wonder their customer base is weak. Will it survive, I expect it to be one that closes in the near future.

Self service machines not worked in ages. It’s as if they don’t want people to use it. I definitely won’t be again. Not that they will be bothered

- KHKara HoldsworthApr 4, 20261.0This is a terribly run branch. Avoid it at all costs and go somewhere else. I have just waited 20 minutes in the queue for the one cashier open today. It’s a Saturday and it’s Easter. Presumably they thought not many people would want to be sending parcels/letters today. The one person serving was very helpful and friendly, it’s a shame she was so unsupported. She was doing her best to get through the huge line. No self serve machines were working either. This is not an unusual occurrence here. There are simply never enough staff working at this branch. This is not a branch or service being run for us, the general public.
