Great service (as usual) from Melissa at Bourton PO. A tricky problem with a QR code and DPD which was quickly solved by her and my parcel was on its way. We are so lucky to have this well-run PO in our village..open 7 days week, friendly & informed staff and thoughtfully stocked with cards, stationery and gifts.
