- MDmiao dengApr 17, 20261.0I came to this branch to drop off a large parcel as directed by the official Post Office website. When I arrived, the staff told me they no longer offer drop-off services. When I explained that their own website sent me here, they changed their story – first saying they had no space, then no scales to weigh the parcel. No apology, no solution, just a very rude attitude. They refused to accept my parcel and sent me away with nothing. Absolutely unacceptable service. This branch clearly needs better training and basic customer care. Avoid if you actually need help sending a parcel.
