All I needed was a small piece of tape to attach the label, but I was told I had to buy a £1.99 roll of tape instead. While I understand that businesses have their own policies, a little customer care and flexibility in this situation would have gone a long way. It was a very small request, yet the experience left a poor impression. Your reply says far more about your attitude towards customers than my review ever could.
