- KZKurdo ZamaniJul 26, 20261.0Appalling, Aggressive, and Highly Offensive Behavior I had an unacceptable experience at this shop in Glasgow. I went in to top up my card, and while counting my cash, I made a slight error and recounted to make sure the amount was correct. Instead of being professional, the staff member became excessively angry and hostile. He insulted me, refused to complete the transaction, and aggressively said the shop was "closed for me." To make matters worse, he used deeply offensive language, claiming that "1,000 filthy people like you come here every day"-disrespecting not just me, but all of his customers. He clearly tried to provoke me into a confrontation, but I stayed calm and handled the situation peacefully. This kind of aggression, hostility, and blatant disrespect toward customers is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop.

Times advertised for lunch are 1 to 2 i called up & was told they closed today at 12.30 & my daughter went over & was in the shop for 12.23 then was told it was closed given she was 7mins early. Definitely false advertisement, i only found out they were closing today for lunch as i called up. My daughter didn't get served at all like i said she was early. They didn't advertise to even say that they were closing earlier today??? Come on thats shocking. Given the post office in Barmulloch is closed for 3wks.
