  I often have parcels redirected to this Post Office, since they remain undelivered for days on end if they are left in the postie’s hands. No matter whether I am at home or not - the postie somehow never manages to deliver my parcel, saying I am out when I am home, or that the close door was locked when it was open, or that no neighbours were home when in fact, they all work from home. I work 9-5 (as do many other people) and therefore am only able to collect my parcels from here before the Post Office closes at 5:30pm. When I went in to collect a parcel last week, the two staff behind the counter spent the whole time complaining to eachother about the line of customers waiting to be served. In fact, they spent more time complaining than they did serving me. On another occasion, a woman made a snide remark about me to a colleague while I was standing in the queue, and practically chased me out of the door as I left. If your posties delivered their parcels reliably, they would not need to be redirected to the Post Office. And if they did not need to be redirected to the Post Office, those who work 9-5 wouldn’t have to call in before closing at 5:30pm to collect them. Don’t take this frustration out on customers, who are just trying to use a broken postal service.

  I've legitimately never met more hostile human beings than the staff in this post office. They are in urgent need of public interaction training. They are dismissive, sneering, constantly scowling, and seem to have literally no idea that their job, as post office clerks, in the post office, is to send out post. Every day I have to interact with them I am absolutely confounded as to what they think they're meant to be doing, because apparently sending out post has never been told to them as a duty they have as condition of their employment. You'd think their customers were holding them at gunpoint.

  Today I went to drop a parcel. Its outer covering was not sealed. I had nothing to seal that at that time so I asked the lady in the post office if she have something like tape to seal it as I want to post it today. The lady was rude as hell. Honestly her tone spoiled my mood in the morning. She was old lady with short hair. I hope someone from the office take some action or give her training on how to treat customers.

  They are quick at getting through a queue and with a smile ☺️also civility is free and works vice versa which is free all l all good 😉xx's
