Whilst I understand that I should’ve waited, being passive aggressive by saying “I don’t remember shouting anyone over” to her colleague next to me before telling me off isn’t appreciated in the slightest. Don’t take your stress out on customers.

If you don't mind post office branches that regularly close 20 - 30 minutes before the advertised closing hours then you won't have much of a problem. If you do, and have the misfortune of arriving 20 minutes before closing time than be prepared to be greeted by warm sentiments such as "Get Out!" and "We're Closed." For obvious reasons, I will no longer be using this branch.

We managed to get in the door and the staff members shouted we're closed and I'm like its 5:15pm online it says you close at 5:30pm?!? No answer, we were just ignored... Post Office - Change your times online if your times are incorrect! Ffs last time I'm missing my train after work for nothing.
