In general the customer service has always been shocking but manageable if you're in for a few minutes. Staff clearly hate their lives but fair enough.
Got a parcel delivered to this branch. They refused to accept the parcel twice so it was returned. I went in to see what had happened, was met with complete attitude by the male member of staff. Told me Royal Mail were lying and they hadn't delivered anything to them that day. Then proceeded to show me parcels that had been delivered from royal mail that day. I asked if maybe they had been closed for lunch and that's what's happened but met with more attitude. Asked for complaints procedure. He dismissively told me to go online and that he didn't know the procedure.
Their phone number either isn't valid or they don't answer but just rings out.
Both members of staff think they can speak to members of the public any way the want.
I won't be using this branch again. I'm sure that's their motive though!

The service of the Post office is really nice. I have seen a lot of elderly people here treated with respect and kindness. I am not an elderly (yet) but was treated nicely too 😄
There is an issue with the schedules though which may affect a lot of clients.
See the opening hours as of June 2026 on the photo. Not sure about the final collection times - I saw two options one next to each other. But better be on the safe side and don’t plan sending letters or parcels around the closing time.

Most rudest person I've ever encountered in my life. Cant even look you in the eye. Doesn't say hello , please or thank you. Just grabs your items from you and growls. I Asked for help one day about posting overseas. So Asked about postage prices and she told me to look it up myself. ! I said well is it not your job to help me with this? No look it up yourself . Next customer! Needs sacked or punted somewhere else . Worst customer service experience ever . Worst face aswell . Please get rid of her
