First time using this service, I get really anxious when out of my comfort zone. Form was filled in for me as I hadn't done it online. Unfortunately I didn't have receivers full address so had to return the next day. All the staff were so lovely and helpful on both days(Fri 27/3 & Sat 28/3). Please pass on my thanks, they are a credit to your company

That was the easiest, quickest and most straightforward arrangement for an overseas shipment. I set it up online and then went to my local Rymans in Byres Rd where staff quickly and efficiently dealt with it. Packed with care and shipping label attached in a matter of minutes. Will use in future.

What happens if no one is available to receive my parcel?
If there is no one available to accept the parcel, our DHL Express courier will usually leave a calling card at the address informing the receiver that they have tried to deliver a parcel. The receiver can then either collect the parcel from their local DHL Express Service Point or arrange another delivery. If they arrange another delivery, this can be to an alternative address. Just search on Google for "DHL Express On Demand Delivery" and enter the parcel tracking number.
