    Arranged for my Royal Mail parcel to be redelivered here as I wasn't going to be home. Tracking notified me that the parcel shop has refused to take it. Really inconvenient and now my parcel is lost to the ether because they refused it for some reason.

    This is a place to collect Royal Mail parcels only, you cannot drop off returns etc. According to the owner this service may become available in the future...
