I checked the opening hours for the Post Office on the website but when I arrived at 1pm the assistant said the Post Office was shut! She was rude, argumentative and unpleasant, interrupting me repeatedly and raising her voice over mine. According to this assistant the fault lies with the previous Post Office in Socketts!!!! What absolute RUBBISH.

For drop offs etc, use Go Local up on Old Durham Road or the main one on Jackson Street, they both provide great customer service. Referring to this place as 'Unfriendys' from now on
