I get wanting to go home on time, I really do, but you need to have some system for that rather than just screaming at customers.
I waited 20 minutes, got to the counter at 1758 exactly, and the woman said I was the second to last customer. Perfect. Then she shoves the package back at me and says she won't be sending my package to China tonight.
Make up your mind- is 1800 the cutoff or does it depend on what work you feel like doing that evening? If you want to leave at 6, say last customer has to be in the queue at 1745 or similar. Don't change your mind at the last minute after people have waited and are still within the 1800 cutoff.

Some of the staff at this place are very unhelpful and quite rude. I was trying to return an item from amazon and was told by amazon that I did not need any packaging. It said the same thing on the app, the woman at the checkout refused my item telling me to put it in its packaging. Showed her my phome with the instructions still just being rude and refused. Took it to another post office and they took it straight away no problem at all. The staff here need to be sent for more training. Also need to learn some manners in how to speak with people.

Been using this post office for over 2 years now and have generally had a good experience. However, I met a lady (Sharon) today who was very rude and displayed very poor customer service skills. She didn’t bother explaining came across as dismissive when I asked simple questions.
As a regular customer despite now living far, I found this quite disappointing. A bit of patience and clear communication would have made a big difference. I hope this is addressed, as it doesn’t reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from this branch.

A handy, well located little post office that sells quite a range. It's tidy, well organised, and well stocked.
It can get very busy at times but tends to be well staffed and the service is very good, staff are approachable, helpful, and competent.
I always leave satisfied with my experience here
