- TRThuzitha Nuwan B. RathnayakeMar 9, 20231.0Dropped the parcels off for collection at this post office. It's been 2 days and nobody has collected the items yet. The women at the counter did not give me a receipt and I had come again to look for one. This was supposed to be on a transshipment to a customer in which the cutoff date is today. Booked 24hr delivery and their guarantee on delivery is nothing but a bunch of fancy words. Will not recommend this service to any one else ever and will tell whomever in the know to avoid these lazy incompetent workers. Avoid Parcelforce and this post office. You'll not regret it.
