- KGkieran griffithsJul 2, 20261.0Refused to take any parcels, became aggressive and argumentative. One staff member shouted to the other "call the police" Absolutely terrible and they hate moving the 2 woman were extremely lazy and very unprofessional. The manager / owner called the next day demanding all parcels are removed from the post office or they would bin them. The post office by shotton train station are super helpful and do their job. Sadly this store is known for its bad staff. My taxi driver even warned me about this shop, he said the workers hate their job and he was spot on 😂 Save your self the trip and use a different post office, these guys must have purchased the store with an existing royal mail contract :/ Hope one day royal mail remove their post office status, if they refuse to accept any parcels. Horrible place and even worse staff.
- WTWilliam Curry (TechNoBull)Dec 23, 20231.0My daughter just arrived to collect her parcel that Royal mail had just delivered there. she has just been told by the staff, i can see your parcel on the shelve but you cannot have it. it was delivered 30 mins ago but it now has to be checked in by a qualified person before i can give it to you, there is nobody available to do that until tomorrow, but you need to be here at 8am otherwise you cannot have it until the new year. How on earth can this be allowed to happen 2 days before Christmas.

I explained that l had already been to Queensferry and they couldn't print out anything. Stone faced assistant said again that they were updating. Really not happy. Updating should be done outside opening hours.
