- AWAnthony WestJun 10, 20261.0Post office is dreadful, the woman on the counter is rude and obnoxious, you'd think she's doing you a favour by even serving you, I've since been to Queensferry and Shotton post offices, amazing professional staff, who are both as they should be, I no longer go Aston Post Office or shop in the Co-op, I sent an email to the Co-op head office and the Post Office about the abysmal service I received.

- FSFiona SkettMay 16, 20261.0Although this post office is supposed to be open on Saturday mornings, this morning (Saturday) it is closed again. When I asked a member of the Co-op staff why it was closed, I was told "she's been open all week, Monday to Friday" !! That doesn't explain why it's closed, again, on a Saturday morning.

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
