Closed AGAIN !!!
Closed twice now in less than one week.
This is beyond a joke, it's a part time service, and even when actually open the service is poor.

Although this post office is supposed to be open on Saturday mornings, this morning (Saturday) it is closed again. When I asked a member of the Co-op staff why it was closed, I was told "she's been open all week, Monday to Friday" !! That doesn't explain why it's closed, again, on a Saturday morning.

Never open when you need to go to the post office, especially when rushing from work to send parcels on time. They open and close as they please, never stick to the correct times. Will not be using this post office again.

Went to collect a Tracked parcel delivered there yesterday. The woman who was supposed to serve me didn't ask for the tracking number just said it wasn't there. When I showed her the email from Royal Mail stating it had been delivered there it made no difference at all. Her attitude was poor to say the least. Phoned Royal Mail and they said it had definitely been delivered there yesterday and to speak to the manager. I've tried phoning, 22 calls unanswered in 40 minutes. I will never use this Post Office again. Shocking attitude to her job and to customers
