Went on PO website, ordered €1150. It said I could collect next day after 11am.
Turned up at 5pm, and the main PO was closed. No money for me.
If I'd have been flying that day I'd have had to go with no money. Holiday would have been ruined. You can't spend an apology in Tenerife

I went to the post office at 1305 on a Saturday only to find it was closed. I wanted to pick up foreign currency that I had ordered on line. I was instructed by email to,collect it after 1300.
A lovely lady called Vicky was in the process of closing the office but she reopened it for me to give me the money. She was a very, very helpful and cheerful lady. I was very happy with the transaction.

Don’t usually do reviews, however i ended up at Buckley post office as I needed a V62 due to purchasing a new car from the area. I needed to be able to Tax my new car. The staff at this post office were very polite, helpful and amazingly hospitable! If you are in the Buckley area I’m sure you’ll enjoy the same service from these amazing workers! Give all these lovely people a pay rise!
