- ASArchie SmithMay 15, 20251.0Average wait time is 15 minutes and that's not even waiting in the queue, that's just for someone to come to the counter. That's if there is anyone that 'can do' the post office. Save your time and go to Cadham.

When I queried this I was told the staff in the shop weren’t trained for the Post Office !! Need to bring back post offices as there own instead of them popping up in shops and not having staff!! It’s honestly a joke st this post office, as not the first time this has happened !!!

Twice I have posted items at the post office and they haven't been received by the recipient. I posted a birthday card to my Son on the 27th June 2023 and he never received it and still to this day hasn't received it. I have recently posted a baby outfit along with a gift bag, card and gift voucher to the value of £53.00 and paid for recorded delivery of these items at a cost of £3.75 and it was posted on the 31st July 2023 and I am still awaiting to find out where the parcel is as when I look online it is still showing at Pitcairn Post Office, its absolutely disgusting that you have to wait 10 days before you can complain/make a claim when someone could be using the gift card. Disgusting that when you go in to speak to someone they just say its not here and there is nothing they can do. Not a great service and I will be using another post office from now on
