I used this branch to make a passport application .They need more training to improve their service. It was a very frustrating experience that took far longer than it should have .
I recently needed a stamp to post an important document . I really wasn’t impressed with the service .
The staff don’t look very happy and I wonder what sort of culture they are working in ?

I've always found it fine. It's oddly positioned right at the back down the stairs which threw me the first time.
