- WWWilliamOct 4, 20251.0My wife went this morning and the owner refused to accept parcel drop off even though the Post Office was open. This has happened multiple times in the past. Awful service and attitude. My advice would be to avoid and go to Oakley Post Office Instead. I will be making a complaint to the Post Office.

- BLBarry LovernFeb 28, 20251.0Absolutely appalling service. Sent a package to this post office for collection, only to find out the person running it refused to accept it for no legitimate reason. It wasn’t oversized or unreasonable in any way, and yet it was turned away. I’ve since learned that he was outright abusive to the person who dropped it off and that this is a regular pattern with him. When my wife called to find out what had happened to the package and to clarify why a post office would refuse to take a package, he dismissively told her to “call Royal Mail” and abruptly hung up. It seems like this guy can't even fulfil the basic description of what a post office is supposed to do
