They were really helpful, nothing was too much for them, they explained the processes with professionalism and knowledge. They made the experience quick, easy and comfortable and are so efficient in their management of their roles. It was lovely to see 2 people happy at their work and being calm, gentle and helpful to everyone requiring their service. A huge well done to these ladies, the experience was top class, thank you.
