The staff are fabulous. Can't do enough for you but there have been times I have waited 120mins and got told to come back tomorrow. There were only 2 staff on, one was serving the other doing parcels and cashing up I imagine. Not good enough. They need more staff to cover deli eries, collections, returns and banking. It's not the staffs fault. They all do their very best 👌 👍

The people employed here clearly seem to do everything they can to serve as few customers as possible. Many of the customers waiting were laughing because the situation had become so ridiculous.
They even closed four minutes early while there was still a queue of people who had been waiting for more than 45 minutes to be served.
In my case, there was an older woman with a blonde bob and an older man with curly grey hair. When they decided to close earlier, I pointed out to the woman that there were still four minutes left before closing time and that we had already been waiting for 45 minutes. She didn’t even bother to respond and simply ignored me.

You cannot get a signal inside so need to take a screen shot of any QR codes before you go in. There is usually a long queue so expect to be there for half an hour. I don't know if the staff think they are being helpful, but customers feel like they are trying to find some reason not to serve you. I have been turned away so many times for different reasons and I am not the only person this has happened to. So much so that myself and others will avoid this post office if possible and dread if for any reason we do have to take a parcel there.

Unfortunately I must confirm the negative Statements of 95% of the visitors of this PO. As soon as the waiting queue ist shrinking, counter no.2 gets closed. Search for parcels absolut chaotic. The Lady on counter no.1 refused to cancel stamps on Cover (for collector purposes). Not helpful at all.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!!!!
I was stood in the queue for 15 minutes with only SEVEN people in front of me. The male staff member is terrible at his job. I watched as he only managed to serve ONE person in the time it took for the other SIX in front of me to be served. This woman was sending a letter and needed a stamp and somehow it took him that long to find out what stamp she wanted and to send the bloody thing. I then watched him get up from his seat and spend another 5 minutes “sending” the letter.
The woman, very thin drawn on eyebrows, that actually served me seemed to delight in telling me that she couldn’t send my parcel and when I asked why she acted incredibly entitled and treated me as if I didn’t have a brain.
15 minutes of my life spent wasting away in the line of a TJ Jones.
