I run a small business, and I am using post office service every day, but never ever come a cross somebody like that. Lady was not able to print Trucked 48 service for large letter, she sad I could send it only with stamp, which is crazy. When I kindly explained, no - I would like to send this with 48h trucked service, she shouted on me that I am rude and I should not teach her , her job. Told me to go to different post office and never came back. I was absolutely in shock as I am calm person, i asked to speak with manager as it was so unacceptable, she told me she is manager and started to smile.. ... I went to different post office and my documents was sent with 48h trucked service - no problem! :)
