- JGjoel goldbergJan 3, 20251.0Usualy alright but phoned up today to ask if a parcel I posted a few days ago had left, guy told me to wait a minute then sat the phone down for 15 minutes while chatting to customers for him then to end the call and refuse to answer
- DFDonna FerriDec 3, 20245.0Excellent service, they went over & above to help me when I was trying to post a parcel to Australia, thank you!
- TRTaimoor RasheedNov 22, 20245.0Very friendly staff always smile with good serviceđź‘Ť
- DMDarren MOct 26, 20241.0Went in to return an amazon package. Nobody at the counter. An employee was doing a stock check and looked right at me but didn't bother coming to help. I went to the shop counter and asked if anyone was on the PO counter and was told he's "maybe upstairs". I go back and wait and by now a queue has formed. Gave it another few minutes of being ignored and decided to go somewhere else. Disgraceful customer service from ignorant staff.
- SSSugna SaedJan 3, 20241.0Total screwup at main depot in Kirkcaldy with delivery and complaining is of no good as they just ignore letters. Staff's arrogance unbelievable would be better to be closed and private company take over management. When I was at the depot at least six others in same situation utter rubbish.
