They were so cheerful and helpful and made my visit to the post office to renew my passport an absolute joy. They were really helpful, nothing was too much for them, they explained the processes with professionalism and knowledge. They made the experience quick, easy and comfortable and are so efficient in their management of their roles. It was lovely to see 2 people happy at their work and being calm, gentle and helpful to everyone requiring their service. A huge well done to these ladies, the experience was top class, thank you.

The lady we spoke to was very helpful and following a short chat with her we popped in later to do it over the counter. It took 2 minutes and cost just £3.80. Well done that lady!
