  I just had fantastic help from a local post office in Grangemouth. They were so helpful..a top service

  I went to this post office to get documents certified. The woman was rude and would not listen. She just took the cover sheet document and did not listen to me. She said I needed copies of certain documents based on what i had put on the form. She said she could provide photocopies for 75p per document - I agreed. I then saw her filling out the form and realised that the documents she copied she had assumed I wanted certified - I didn't. I explained I thought that these were needed for proof of ID and that's why I thought she wanted copies. She kept arguing. I even stated that there was a simple miscommunication. I explained I had copies of the documents I needed certified in my hand. She was annoyed and basically telling me I was wrong and had filled the form out wrong. Then she shredded the photocopied documents and gave me a new cover sheet to fill out and stating that i needed to "read the instructions". I found this to be very insulting! There was no pen there to fill it out. They want you to buy everything. I had to ask the guy at the front til for a pen and he reluctantly let me borrow one. After all that, she charged me for the ripped up photocopies and billed them to me as two 75p stamps! I am expecting another argumentative backchat for this review. I will never use this post office again!

  Friendly when I’ve had to use the Post Office. Nearly all services are available when the shop is open too where as other post office stores nearby say they are open late but actually shut everything down around 5 pm.
